The beans are selected and roasted in small batches with only the premium arabica ones chosen, giving a smooth rich full flavour.
The cupping characteristics of this fine rare coffee which contains no additives is a rich aftertaste.

Both beans or ground coffee are available in either a mild medium roast for those who like a mellow tasting coffee.  An expresso roast is for those who appreciate a stronger flavour, to be enjoyed with a fine range of chocolate coated coffee beans.
