We have got to keep moving, take the stairs next time you’re shopping if you can, do some gardening seems popular, buy fresh fruit and veggies, lean meats, low-fat dairy, yogurt is great, all organic if you can get it and afford them. Eggs are not bad in fact one of the best foods nature can offer! Again fresh is best, say free-range. What about Cottage cheese low-fat type Ricotta, sweet potatoes and avocado are excellent just to name a few good foods. Eat some protein with each meal, 5 to 6 smaller meals per day is the way to go.
